Our multi-billion dollar retail journey began in 1973 with Micky's vision to see opportunities and transform them into reality. A constant innovator, Micky has created and led more than 27 diverse brand concepts and built the retail empire from one store in Bahrain to over 2000 stores across Middle East, India and SE Asia. He has spearheaded the growth of the Group across different geographies and industries driven by his insight, conviction and a passion for excellence. Micky has led by example that inspires Landmark’s culture of integrity that we live up to everyday. It's his vision that is the inherent driving force behind our business today.

For over three decades, Renuka has guided the Group's corporate strategy making Landmark Group the region’s largest omnichannel retailer of trusted, homegrown brands. A cornerstone of the Group's journey, Renuka was instrumental in creating the high-street fashion brand Splash in 1993. Under her leadership the Group forayed into e-commerce over a decade ago. In her current role she focuses on driving the Group's vision, strategy and exploring emerging business opportunities.  As Chair of the Landmark Retail Board, she works closely with leadership teams on strategic decisions.
